Selecting and assessing employees using methods such as interviews, assessment centres, personality tests. We develop and choose valid, reliable, and fair selection methodologies.

Learning, Training and Development

Identifying training needs and ensuring the transfer of training to the job. We develop individuals to enhance their employability, competencies, and performance.

Wellbeing at Work

Measuring and promoting wellbeing in the workplace, including mental and physical health, work-life balance and resilience.

Work Design and Organisational Change

Designing the jobs and environments, fostering a safe working climate, and promoting the effectiveness of organisational change and development.

Leadership, Motivation and Engagement

Promoting one's work motivation, engagement, and commitment. Understanding the psychology of groups, teams, and teamwork. Stimulating leadership with influence and power.

Here are some of the key topics that we talked about in the mentorship programme. In each gathering, we learned how organisational psychologists practise their work with different practical case studies.

How We Grow...

Each of the mentees has the opportunity to participate in a career coaching session with their mentor. In the one-to-one consultation session, mentees are free to discuss their career plans and challenges, and mentors are confidently guiding mentees to their career success. After the coaching, mentees are able to:

  • Set clear plans to achieve their career goals
  • Identify their strengths and areas of development in a job setting
  • Increase their competitiveness in the talent market

And We Have Fun!

Not only a learning opportunity, the mentorship programme also serves as a social and networking platform for like-minded students to meet and connect. We celebrate festive seasons together and have interactive team activities.
