Elvis Tse

Registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist
Elvis has devoted his career as an Industrial-Organisational Psychologist to psychological research and people inventory development. Specifically, he has brought his knowledge of personality and research methods to the workplace and led the development of the POLAR assessment, a personality-based competency assessment tool designed to assist employers in selecting and developing the best candidates for their organisations.
Elvis has also been actively involved in the tertiary educational sector in Hong Kong as a lecturer at Hong Kong Shue Yan University and the College of Professional and Continuing Education, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He lectures on a great variety of disciplines of psychology and successfully trains more than 250 college students from all sorts of backgrounds every year.
