I/O Psychology Internship (2024 Summer)

Student Internship

  • Conduct comprehensive academic and business research to support the development of training workshops, seminars, and other I/O (Industrial/Organisational) business projects
  • Gather and analyse relevant data, scholarly articles, industry reports, and case studies to identify best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches in the field of I/O psychology
  • Provide recommendations based on research findings to enhance the content, structure, and effectiveness of training workshops, seminars, and other I/O business projects
  • Assist in the development and refinement of training materials, presentations, and other resources used in workshops and seminars, ensuring alignment with research findings and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in I/O psychology and related fields, and proactively share relevant insights with the team
  • Collaborate in organising and supporting a high-profile public event centered around the promotion and advocacy of mental wellness
  • Enrollment in a recognised university or institution of higher education
  • Major in psychology, human resources, or other relevant fields of studies
  • Have a minimum of 6-month working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Prior internship experience in business and commercial sector is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong passion and capacity in applying the knowledge of I/O Psychology to every aspect of the working populations
  • Are highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Have a creative, analytical, and daring mindset
  • Are a team player who is committed to the team and embraces collaboration with effective communication
  • Are able to use basic design, video editing, statistical software
  • At least 3 months of exposure in an I/O Psychology consultancy
  • Hands-on experience inĀ  participating in large-scale training and project
  • A practical skill set for your future career in the I/O field
  • A letter of reference/recommendation will be given to high performers upon the completion of the internship
  • 2 working days/ 12-20 hours per week
